I am soo AGAIN, dusgusted with this bank...they always ask of you to do part of the request you desire of them, thus requiring you to do THEIR JOB..unable to change an address over the phone is a general service...yet u will mail me a check to my old address how crazy is that...SO IM EITHER TO TRAVEL TO MD TO A BRANCH AS I LIVE IN YORK pa. Why cant a rep go online and change it.
Or they offer to mail me a form n i wait for it to be forwarded to my new address
..ridiculous! Me n my family member will arrange a trip to close all accounts n end this lousey relationship
